Part of me thinks what was the point seeing as we knew the ending? And another part of me thinks I quite liked seeing some decent saber fights...So... do you think we really need them? | Star wars holiday special | | Time for another geek discussion, that I probably wont get many responses from:(. So how many mylotters have seen this? A true star wars freak loving geek has to own it lol. How many of you here saw it back in 1978 when it aired on tv? Lucas wishes he had never made it, and wont ever release it on DVD. The only way to get it is from someone that recorded it back then, and has passed it along. I bought mine on DVD from ebay a couple of years ago. I watched it once, as required lol, and well hopefully I wont ever watch it again. It sucks oh so much. I was barely able to sit thru one viewing of it, let alone ever watch it again, but you have to have it in your collection. The quality of the DVD isnt that great, since its a burned copy from a recording back in 78. So who all has seen it? Who would like to see it?Pagan and Proud | |

Im wondering who do you think would win if the star wars universe and star trek universe met and went to war. Im not talking just the federation and the empire or rebels. I mean the entire universe, every single race fro m star wars teaming up and every race in the Star Trek universe teaming up, except for the borg of course, they would just go after everyone.
